When you create a Telenor ID account, we need your email or mobile phone number to create your account. We collect your email and/or mobile phone number to have a safe channel for contacting you. These will also be your username for Telenor ID. You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate and updated personal information, and for safeguarding your account information. Where possible, you should log out at the completion of each visit, particularly on public or shared devices. If you hand over a device with the Telenor ID installed to another individual, you should log out of Telenor ID and/or deactivate the device before doing so.
